거리는 한산하고, 가게는 텅 비어 있습니다. 그런데도 나는 문을 닫지 않습니다.

혹시 누군가 문을 열고 들어올까?
혹은 오늘 처음으로 ‘Noodlee’를 검색한 누군가가 찾아오진 않을까?

가게 문을 여는 이유는 단순한 매출 때문만은 아닙니다.
이곳은 내 삶이고, 내가 꾸는 꿈이 살아 숨 쉬는 공간이니까요.

It’s Tuesday, 3 PM. The restaurant is silent. No sound from the kitchen, no customers inside. The streets are quiet too, and I wonder… should I just close up for the day?

But I don’t. I keep the doors open.

Why? Maybe someone is looking for us online right now. Maybe someone is walking this way hoping we’re open.

It’s not just about money. This space is my dream, my hope, and my daily battle. Closing the shop feels like giving up on all of that.
