- 400g boneless chicken thigh (닭다리살)
- 1 small sweet potato (고구마) – sliced
- ½ onion (양파) – sliced
- 1 cup cabbage (양배추) – chopped
- 1 stalk green onion (대파) – sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (식용유)
🍯 Seasoning Sauce (양념장)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (고추장, Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp Gochugaru (고춧가루, Korean chili flakes)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce (간장)
- 1 tbsp Sugar (설탕)
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce (굴소스)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (다진 마늘)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil (참기름)
- Optional: Black pepper (후추), perilla leaves (깻잎)
🔪 Instructions (조리 방법)
- Prep the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with all the seasoning sauce. Let it marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Stir-fry: In a heated pan, add oil and stir-fry marinated chicken for 5 minutes.
- Add Veggies: Add sweet potato, onion, and cabbage. Stir-fry until vegetables soften and chicken is fully cooked (about 10 more minutes).
